My leadership journey began with luck—being in the right place at the right time. I had no experience, no credibility in the eyes of my team, and seemingly no chance. But one decision changed everything: reaching out to a hero. Not the kind from childhood stories, but a leader I had worked for early in my career. He showed me what true mentorship looked like, and that lesson stayed with me.

The Aspiring Leader is my way of paying that experience forward—to help the next generation of leaders succeed. Through shared leadership stories and a commitment to growth, we aim to inspire and support those striving to be their best. Too many people endure bad bosses and uninspiring workplaces.
